Global Star Finance is currently based in London and was acquired by La Royale Group in 2021.
A next-gen gaming tech platform
Celesta is a B2B SaaS platform offering a range of gaming tech solutions to operators across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. Since 2020, the platform processes 8-10 million game transactions per day and integrates with 50+ payment and game providers. Celesta operates across 3 hubs in Europe and was acquired by La Royale Group in 2015.
Rainmaker
Rainmaker is a digital marketing agency specializing in 20+ verticals for advertisers and affiliates, including e-commerce, finance, lead generation, and iGaming. From these verticals, Rainmaker delivers targeted campaigns to help businesses scale effectively. Rainmaker was founded in 2008 by Joan Beaufort.
