Our Story

Our Journey So Far

La Royale Group was established in 2023 consisting of a portfolio of businesses across gaming tech, fintech, marketing, and real estate, with the earliest business founded by Joan Beaufort in 2014.

Together, our mission is to set the global standard for thoughtful innovation. We don’t just invest—we build. Everything we do is designed for long-term impact. We scale category-defining companies through deep expertise, disciplined execution, and purposeful technology across sectors.

The Story Behind The Name:
La Royale

The name of our Group, La Royale, is a deliberate nod to one of the most iconic expressions of vision and craftsmanship: the Bugatti Type 41 La Royale. Created in the 1920s by Ettore Bugatti in Molsheim, France—also the hometown of our founder, Joan Beaufort—the La Royale was more than just a vehicle. It was a symbol of precision, ambition, and timeless elegance. A vehicle that was unparalleled in its performance and quality, made for those who defined excellence.

Much like its namesake, La Royale Group stands for bold vision and enduring value. We pay homage to a legacy that spans generations and reflects our long-term commitment to exceptional standards. The importance of Molsheim runs deep, as the birthplace of the original La Royale and hometown of our founder. We continue to honour that connection by actively supporting business and community development in the region.
Our name goes beyond a reference to an automotive legend. It reflects the values that define us: rooted in heritage, driven by passion, and focused on lasting impact for the future.
