Message from the CEO: A year of change 

Dear Partners and Teams,

This year wasn’t about maintaining the status quo, it was about change.

We made the decision to evolve our identity through a full rebranding of the Group. This was more than a visual update, it was about ensuring our brand reflects our ambition, our values, and the way we build for the long term.

Geographically, this year also marked an important shift. With an established team in Europe, we continued to build on our foundations while expanding our presence in Singapore, which has quickly become a key growth hub for the Group. We welcomed diverse, high-quality talent, strengthened our teams, and invested in building a culture that supports innovation, ownership, and long-term thinking.

Throughout 2025, the energy, diverse perspectives, and level of commitment across our teams have been evident at every stage of change, providing the momentum and focus for 2026. Over the next year, we will continue strengthening our existing business units and investing in new, bold initiatives to expand our presence across Europe and Southeast Asia.
